Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "okbt," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://okbt.cam, operated under PAGCOR regulations.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the okbt platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's okbt Account, representing deposited funds less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, promotional programs, payment facilities, and customer support functions offered through okbt.
• "Bonus Wallet" refers to the separate ledger within an Account holding promotional funds that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on okbt, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the okbt platform.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the okbt platform. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. okbt enforces age verification through the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed. Any funds held in such an Account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.

3.2 Residency

The Services are intended for legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. okbt makes no representation that the Services are available or lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the okbt platform. Attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. okbt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point to satisfy KYC obligations.

Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. okbt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okbt's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. okbt will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

okbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void funds therein, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, or instruction from PAGCOR or a competent legal authority.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. okbt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances in accordance with its current dormancy policy, details of which are available from the support team.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbt accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa/Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit and may vary.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is PHP 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent at the current prevailing exchange rate). okbt reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited to your okbt Wallet within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating financial institution's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.

5.4 Currency

The primary account currency on okbt is Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of deposit. Exchange rates are updated in real time and may include a small conversion spread.

5.5 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okbt Wallet are derived from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner or authorized user of the payment method used. Deposits suspected of originating from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the okbt Account holder. Players must have completed KYC verification before withdrawing funds. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

okbt targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of a valid withdrawal request. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment network conditions and the volume of pending requests. okbt does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe but makes commercially reasonable efforts to minimize delays.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts in good standing, though okbt reserves the right to impose daily limits at its discretion and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Method

In accordance with anti-money laundering best practices, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Profits exceeding the deposit amount may be withdrawn via any registered method.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okbt are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bonus bet limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New okbt Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are published on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked on eligible games before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. 7.4 Bonus Abuse

okbt monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns, hedging bets to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

okbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any bonus claimed before the modification or withdrawal date will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of claim.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the okbt platform may change at any time due to provider licensing, regulatory requirements, or technical maintenance. okbt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.

8.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, okbt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that is clearly erroneous and inconsistent with the published game rules and paytable, okbt reserves the right to void that win. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is an accepted industry standard applied on the okbt platform.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game on the okbt platform carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. Players are required to comply with these limits at all times. Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit may be voided at okbt's discretion.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to additional terms including pre-match and in-play rules, settlement procedures, and rules for abandoned or postponed events. These sport-specific rules are published in the Sports Betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbt platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live table games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform system for financial gain.
• Registering multiple Accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or suspension decisions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the deposited funds to wager.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the gaming experience of other Players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okbt platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to okbt and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, republish, or sell any content from the okbt platform without prior written authorization.

The "okbt" name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbt's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.

okbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform or Services.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment network delays.
• Any action taken by okbt in good faith to comply with PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by okbt's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

okbt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Your personal data is used to: verify your identity, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR and AMLC reporting obligations, personalize your gaming experience, and communicate service and promotional information to you (subject to your communication preferences).

Amendments to These Terms

okbt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the okbt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and okbt, you are encouraged to first contact the okbt support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through PAGCOR's formal complaint resolution mechanism available to all Players of PAGCOR-licensed operators.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
