- Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
- Gameplay logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each game session, unless longer retention is required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
- Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, or until a related dispute is fully resolved.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a further period to document the consent history.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual.

Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
The okbt platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. okbt does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed.
